Today we'll show you how to stay in touch with your customers and take action yourself when the flow of messages from customers falters. In your account, there are many ways to (re)find customers and rekindle chats. As soon as you go online, you first look in your Multi Messenger to see which messages are waiting for you under "All". But what if all chats are answered? Where and how can you pick up now?
Here are some tips on how to take action and reactivate existing chats

Use Multi Messenger
The Multi Messenger is the central place for your chats. After answering your open chats, you can go through the "All" list. Here you can find customers you haven't had contact with for a while. The green dot next to the nickname shows you all customers who are online. It's best to start directly with these customers to reinvigorate the chat!

Keep an eye on activities
Under the Multi Messenger menu item "Activities", you will find an overview of all recently active logins of your customers, friends, as well as new friend requests. The customers who have just purchased your content are also listed here. These customers are active and a great way to rekindle a chat.

Check relationships
Another point is the area of "Relationships". Here you can view both your adopted friends and your favorites. This list will also help you specifically search for customers with whom you can reconnect. Also, don't forget about the friend requests that came in during your offline time. They can be found under "Relationships – Friend Requests".

Reach customers through content
Another useful item is the "My Content" menu item. Here you will find all feedback from your customers on your content under "Comments". Take the opportunity to write to them directly and perhaps ask for wishes or suggestions for new content.

Your statistics as a tool
You can also find customers under the menu item "My statistics". Here you can not only find your top customers from each month, but also a list of your referred customers. Which of them is still online and active in the chat? Contact them!

Your sales overview
On your dashboard you have an overview of your current sales. In each category, you will find a detailed list of the customers who have brought you sales.
So you see, even if the flow of news comes to a standstill, there are numerous opportunities for you to take action. Remember that personal notes from previous conversations can help you address the customer directly and personally and make a connection.
You can also use the time to create new journal entries or galleries to make your profile more visible. In addition to the online time, this is an important step in attracting the attention of new potential customers.
